Rolfing® Structural Integration
Hello, my name is Logan, and I’m honored to be part of the Family Seasons team, where I support people in better understanding their bodies and achieving greater physical comfort and resilience. My path to this work began with my own search for relief from chronic pain, which led me to discover the benefits of Rolfing®. Experiencing how this method restored my own ease of movement inspired me to pursue it professionally, so I could help others realize similar benefits.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University-Idaho, equipping me with a solid foundation in anatomy and movement science. I continued my training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, where I became a Certified Rolfer™. My practice centers on using Rolfing® to improve alignment, relieve pain, and enhance mobility, addressing the body as a whole to achieve stability and functionality.
When I’m not working with clients, I stay active outdoors, whether hiking, swimming, climbing, or rollerblading. I find that regular physical activity helps maintain both strength and a sense of well-being.
I look forward to working with each client to support their goals for a more balanced body, increased mobility, and lasting physical comfort.
